Description 

Unwind after a long day or intensive workout to help ease aches and pains. Epsom Salt is a form of Magnesium known for its soothing properties.

Ingredients 

  • Magnesium Sulfate

Direction of Use 

Use 2 cups (or two large handfuls) into a regular size bath. Add the salts to warm/hot water, and increase the quantity for intensive treatment.

It is highly recommended to bathe 2-3 times a week for a minimum of 15 minutes for the best results.

Store in a cool dry place and reseal after use to prevent reverse evaporation.
