Warranty & Repair

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds. For damaged goods.
We do not offer refunds for wrong selection of goods. However, a store credit note may be agreed upon.

You can have a complimentary 15 minute discovery call with Sarah to assess as to whether Naturopathy is a good fit for your current state of health moving towards your wellbeing goals. After that we recommend that you have an Initial Consultation which can take up to 60 minutes, is $139 and a very thorough investigation into your health and wellbeing with personalised, holistic solutions to help you.
If you are a couple ready to become parents and want some help with fertility - then a Couples Initial Fertility Consultation is up to 90 minutes and costs $249
Sarah will only recommend what she sincerely believes will benefit you, but will be absolutely transparent about the cost of herbs or supplements so that at all times you can confidently select what products you'd like to incorporate into your body's healing rituals.
If you don't want to take herbs or supplements, Sarah can work with you to show you how to use other ways to nurture your body holistically. The herbs and supplements that she does use are practitioner only brands which means they are potent and need to be prescribed.
Sarah is a fully qualified naturopath and as part of having that health science degree - pharmacology plays a vital role. This means Sarah knows what herbs and supplements will interact with any medicine you are currently taking, and she will only prescribe a natural medical solution that will help you, not harm you..
If you have any blood test results or scans - please bring these along to your appointment. If you don't currently have a copy, just give your doctor a call and request a copy for your personal records.
Yes absolutely. Sarah has been through all of the stages of parenting herself - so has a very gentle, nurturing and down to earth approach with kids. She often sees kids for a variety of reasons - digestive problems, skin conditions like eczema or acne for the teens, stress and energy levels. Naturopathy is a beautiful approach for children.
Yes absolutely. This way Sarah is able to help people from all around Australia, not just those who are in her local area. If you're looking for a Naturopath in Success - you're more than welcome to have an appointment in person, but if you're looking for an online Naturopath then Sarah is more than happy to jump online to help you get well.
Any supplements or herbs can be mailed to you.
We ask that you please give a minimum of 24 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment so that we can allow someone else to use your allocated time and prevent you having to pay the cancellation fee. Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours will incur the full fee of your appointment.
